What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural state we go in and out of many times during the day.
Have you ever missed a turn off when driving because you were thinking of something else or become so engrossed in the TV that you didn’t hear when a persons speaking to you?… Well that’s trance. It’s so natural you don’t even realise your in it… We go in and out of trance all the time.

What is Conversational Hypnosis?
Using conversational hypnosis means it’s not a ‘one size fits all’ approach, I understand and respect that we are all individuals… Just like our problems.
We have a very casual conversation which can achieve remarkable results and get you moving on with your life.
Sometimes when people develop these issues they unconsciously trigger a loop. Things keep going round and round… You can feel as if one minute your making headway and then the next the problem can turn round and bite you… Unconsciously that loop will continue unless you seek help. How does it work?
The way hypnosis works is that it updates the unconscious mind with new, more helpful information, its a bit like reprogramming a computer. Hypnosis can also be used to instruct the unconscious mind to find better ways of dealing with situations such as being able to deal with stress without having an anxiety attack for instance.
Is it safe?
Hypnotherapy is very relaxing… It’s very safe… Remember you cannot be made to do anything that you really don’t want to do.

How many sessions will I need?
Hypnotherapy is not a treatment that requires you to keep coming back for sessions… Hypnotherapy works quickly and safely, targeting your needs. The good thing is that the session continues to process in the subconscious mind, (in the background), long after the sessions finished!… This really is the magic of our minds.
Can i be made to do things i’m not happy with?
Absolutely not! In Hypnosis you are always in control. Hypnosis is a consent situation . The methods used are safe, therapeutic and very relaxing and through conversation and in line with your desires and intentions we can achieve those results. That is the only way the subconscious mind will accept them..
How long are the session?
1 to 2 hours. It is totally 100% your time and about you.
